I hadn’t received any shipping information over a week after paying. No response from the BrooksideBungalow until after opening a dispute with Etsy. I was told the item was being shipped and then the entire transaction was cancelled without another word. I would not buy from this shop.

There is a 3-5 day processing time with my orders. The buyer contacted me the day that the item was due to ship. The next day I received notice there was a case opened on behalf the buyer. I refunded the shipping amount and packaged the item to ship immediately. I also made contact with the buyer about whether or not she wished to still receive the item. I was notified through etsy that the way to resolve the dispute was to cancel and refund the order, which I did. I then received notice from the the buyer that she had not wished to cancel, assuming there was some sort of mix up in communication, I offered to relist the item and have her repurchase and wave shipping charges, I never heard a response back from the buyer.
